My Story
I have been fascinated by technology for as long as I can remember. As a child I loved taking things apart and seeing how and why they work. I am a child of the internet generation and it has been magical. Experiencing the dawn of widespread use of cellphones and personal computers was like growing up during the discovery of fire and learning to swim in the waters of innovation.
The need to be a part of this technological revolution filled me like fire spreading through my veins and led to my first technological achievement of building my own computer in middle school. From there I couldn't stop. I wrote my first program my freshman year of high school and by the end of the year I was repairing consoles, cell phones, and computers. Working with new technologies has always been my main passion and the possibilities of what I can do are endless. Already, I have experience as a full stack .Net developer and as a Unity Developer.
While technology has always been a focal point of mine, I also have a love for music, philosophy, and creative writing. At the end of high school I felt as if I was torn between my multiple interests- I couldn't decide whether or not to pursue my passion for technology or the arts. In the end I chose to follow my love for programming and made the choice to make it the focus of my life. However, the more I explore websites, apps, and other forms of software, the importance of making a product accessible, easy, and most importantly fun for the user is becoming more apparent to me. This led me to my pursuit of game development. By developing games I am able to combine my passion for expression of human thought, music, and creativity all in one immersive experience.
I hope to continue to explore the creation of immersive and cross disciplinary experiences. Since working at NeuroScouting, I have seen the amazing impact that games can have on a person’s life and behavior. I would like to make games that can change lives through innovative interactive design.

Games I'm Playing
I aim to play as many games across all genres as possible in an effort to gain a holistic sense of game design. While I don't have much time to play games recently, I try to make a point of touching as many as time will allow. This is my shortlist of games I have been playing recently.
